Superintendent’s Message

Greetings students, parents, and staff:

It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome our students, parents, staff, and community members to another wonderful year of learning and growth. My name is Dr. Katrina Franklin, and I am honored to serve again as the Superintendent. As I begin this journey with you, I also celebrate my 33rd year in education. A career that has been filled with passion, dedication, and a deep commitment to students’academic success and their psychological well-being as top priorities.

Originally from Texas, I have always believed that education is one of the most powerful tools for changing lives and building stronger communities. Throughout my years in education, I have had the privilege of working with amazing students, educators, and families who continue to inspire me every day.

Our school is more than a place of learning; it is a family. Together, we will continue to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every student is encouraged to reach their highest potential academically, socially, psychologically, and emotionally. We value collaboration, respect, innovation, excellence, and we believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to student achievement.
