All AAG schools from KG – 12th grade provide our students with an American curriculum that is rigorous and aligned with the Common Core Standards (CCSS), American Education Reaches Out (AERO), and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
Other subjects such as Art, Drama, and Music use the National Core Arts Standards (NCAS), and AERO PE uses the National PE Standards, and our Foreign Language Departments are aligned with the Common Core Standards (CCSS) Standards.
Also, we ensure our teachers and administrators are provided with relevant professional development opportunities throughout the school year that focus on, but not limited to data analysis, metacognitive strategies, feedback, digital literacy, S.T.E.M., interdisciplinary strategies, cooperative learning, differentiation, etc.
