Assessment

AAG administers the Measure of Academic Progress (M.A.P.) standardized test to students’ grades 3 – 11. The students are tested in Math, Language, and Reading two times a year – in the fall and spring. The results of the test are analyzed by each departments and used by our teachers to guide their instruction in the classroom. The computerized test adapts to the needs of the students which allows our teaching staff the opportunity to make better informed decisions about students’ academic needs and growth. MAP testing is a standardized test that is used all over the world, including North American schools.

Accreditation

We have been accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA) since 1999. We utilize the Excellence by Design framework to ensure we are maintaining a higher level of standards for our schools. Our focus in preparation for our upcoming re-accreditation approval has been to make improvements in the areas of English and Math.
